Why you should look for a job change?
The information technology job market in India is very hot now. If you are suffering in your current job, this is the ideal time to switch. Here are some signs that indicate it is time to say bye bye to your current job.
1. Is there any learning on the job?
If you are repeating what you have done in your previous projects, beware. If you are not learning anything in your job, it is perhaps time to quit. Another option is to move to a different challenging project or to another department. Whatever you do, ensure that you learn something which helps your career.
2. Is your boss/manager a bully?
If it is no longer possible to get along with a bully, take action. There is no point in suffering in silence. Raise your issue to the higher management and still if nothing happens, quit.
3. No money and overwork everyday?
Ok, this is a no brainer, if you are working for peanuts and ends up working in the office even on weekends, it is time to quit. If you are an expert in your field, there are thousand companies out there who wants to hire you!
